Student Spotlight
This month, we take our hats off to Jai, an exceptional drummer whose talent and dedication set him apart! Jai consistently demonstrates maturity beyond his years, coupled with a great attitude towards learning and professionalism during his Jamm Factory band sessions.
Earlier this year, Jai took the stage in our student showcase, delivering a performance that truly showcased his rhythmic prowess and passion for music.
He didn’t stop there — Jai also recorded an impressive drum cover as part of our Student Jamms YouTube series, highlighting his versatility and commitment to honing his craft.
Through his hard work and dependability, Jai has shown that he can rise to any musical scenario thrown at him. His enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a joy to work with, and his progress is a testament to his own dedication.
We’re so proud of Jai for his achievements and the positive example he sets for others. His journey is a wonderful reminder of what can be accomplished with passion and perseverance. Keep beating those drums, Jai — we’re excited to support you as you continue to grow as a musician!
Plenty To Be Thankful For
In November we got curious about what gives our team gratitude.
Ann: “For this laptop” — we thought we noticed a productivity boost from our amazing studio assistant!
Declan: “My 8-string guitar” — Well that guitar is a beauty and a beast!
Adam: “All my students who practiced” — like music to a tutor’s ears, practice makes progress, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing your students improve!
Kenjo: “My students who don’t clap on 1 and 3” — Ah yes, many consider clapping on 1 and 3 to music with a backbeat a tragedy — we understand why a drum tutor would be thankful for this awareness from his students.
Dave: “Not having to teach Golden Hour”- Pop songs come and go, and it seems this one won’t be missed!
